Just a couple of Bellas

Image
First things first, I just recently received some images from an RAK partner that I had this last month and she sent me some Bella images that I dont currently own, I say currently because I intend on purchasing them after the holidays, so I couldnt wait to color some of them in and make something just lovely with them. Ok, I am not one that uses the word lovely but I just couldnt come up with another word, so anyways, I just love the bikerbabeabella and I had so much fun coloring her in. The cardstock colors that I used are Rose Red, Blue Bayou, basic black & whisper white. You cant really tell from the picture but on the bottom I used itty bitty eyelets, I needed to add a little something and thats what it was. This next one is called "Ipodabella" and she is equally adorable. I used the same patterned paper on her and the same color scheme as the Biker card but I added a little bling in the corners. I hope you enjoy my creations, It's late and I think I need to go

Really cute and really easy! And for this final one for the evening, I once again used Wreathabella , Pretty in pink, close to cocoa and whisper white cardstock. Also, The sentiment I used is from the Circle of Friendship stampin Up! stamp set. If you have never used any of the WOJ stamps you have to try them out. They have some adorable images. The detail in these stamps is awesome! So do you think I have a chance? On this sketch, I used the image Willow with lantern and for the sentiment , I used Circle of friendship from Stampin Up! I colored Willow in with my watercolor pencils and used stickles on the holly berries and also on the lantern for the light(yellow stickles ) The designer paper is from S.E.I. and is called " Glitzmas " also used was basic black( Stampin Up!) and a textured white (unkn

This Bella is Wreathabella and I colored her in with my watercolor pencils. for the rim of the hat and the boots and laces, I used this fab glitter from Martha Stewart . Don't ya just love Martha? Anyways, The glitter I used comes in a pack of 3 with the glitter glue. It's called "Arctic Glitter" so cool! The glitter I used on the wreath is in the glitter stack from SU ! called Enchanted. I think it has been retired. The card stock I used is all Stampin Up! Real Red, Glorious Green,Close to cocoa and for the card base(you cannot see) I used Pretty in pink. I used the red pin and green deco paper for a Christmas stack that I got last year(I cannot remember the name) Finally for the greeting,

Brandons birthday!

Image
Okay, Here is Brandon with his card. He loved it! Made me feel so good, Even though when I was making it he kept coming in the room and I had to constantly cover it up. When he did open it he was like, ah ha, Thats what you were working on. Cant get anything by him. Except for one of the birthday presents I got him, Came in the mail the other day, and When the mailman got here, Brandon had to sign for it and he carried it to me and said, okay mom, more ebay? then he went on his way. I got that one by him. Oh, the gift that he signed for was an autographed numbered baker board(skateboard) Whoever Baker is, Brandon loved it! For his birthday dinner we went to Claim Jumper, if anyone has one near them, You know how big the portions are, Check out my burger, That is seriously a huge burger, ok, dont mind the open mouth, I think I took 2 bites and I was full, It was my lunch and dinner the next day. It was so yummy though!

Happy 13th. Brandon

Image
Hello, Just a quick one tonight. I have been working on this card for Brandon's 13th. Birthday(Nov. 13th.) for hours and I totally love how it came out. This set is so cool! It is called "Skater Dudes" from "I Brake for Stamps" This is a 19 piece stamp set and perfect for those teenagers who love to Skate! I stamped the background with some of the words that come with the set like, Ollie,Grind,Air,180, etc. I dont even know what half of them are(LOL) I then heat embossed the dudes with black craft ink and clear embossing powder. Then cut them out and arranged them just so on the white cardstock on top of the sayings. I raised 2 of the images(as you can see in the side view) and voila, a teenagers Birthday card! Let me know what you think! Well Brandon is in bed asleep and I have to decorate his bedroom door so he wakes up to a Happy Birthday since I will already have left for work when he gets up. Have a great night all and I'll be back soon! Hugs!

Wow! I have a Teenager!

Birthday Box in a Bag

Image
Here is a "Box In A Bag" That I made for my boss who's birthday is on Wed. Nov. 12th. I found the tutorial on Splitcoast presented by Diana Gibbs. I used some paper that I just purchased today at my local scrapbook store "Remember When" They are having a huge sale and everything in the store was 30% off, Needless to say, I am such the Paper hoarder I bought tons of designer papers, anyways, It is called"A family affair" by Momenta, I used Buckaroo Blue cardstock by Stampin Up! for the bottom and for the scalloped square and used "So many scallops" Happy Birthday for the sentiment. I added some faux stitching on the blue to add a little pop and I think it turned out pretty good. Now to figure out what to put in it for her. Yikes, I was having so much fun making the Box in a bag that I didnt think of what to put into it. Well with the 4 day weekend, I'll think of something, I hope! Well of to do some more creatin, enjoying my Sat. night

Ginas Stamp Camp

Image
Well we made 3 projects tonight at Gina's stamp camp. I just love going to her camps. They are so inspireing! This first one is a packing tape glitter card. So easy and so darn cute. You punch your square in the card and then cut packing tape a little bit bigger than the square hole and attach the tape to the inside of the card with the sticky side out, Then you sprinkle your dazzleing diamonds over the sticky window. Then stamp your image and attach it to the inside of the card at the window facing out and voila, Glitzy glitter window! Here you have a little goodie pouch. Inside are some pepermint patties in a little baggie. Cute little gift for co-workers. And this final project is a little snowman that you can add to a gift bag or even a card. We used the Stampin Up! Top Note Bigz Die for the face and for the hat. Is that adorable or what? I think I have to order that Die to add to my collection, so many possibilities! We also made a 4th. project but I left it at Ginas(sigh!)

2 Challanges in 1

Happy Friday all! I am so happy to finally end the work week. The weather is getting cool and there are clouds in the sky. I love this time of year, It always feels so cozy cuddled up in bed on a chilly saturday morning knowing that I dont have to get up at dawns early crack(That was a funny!) Also, It also means that I can complete some challanges. Tonight I have 2 in one. First, Beates WSC #62 and then I have the Bellaholicsanonymous color challange which is Purple, Black and cream. I love those colors together so this was kinda easy for me! I also used cruisabella and heat embossed it in black. I added purple square eyelets in each corner. The sentiment is stampin Up's! Very Punny. The card size I used is a little unusual. It is 5X 7 1/4. I received about 300 greeting card envalopes(a friend is a Hallm*&% Rep.) and so she gave me all of these envies so I thought that I would try and use these envalopes so that is my reason behind the size of the card. If you want any of th

Bella buttons & bows embellishment challenge

Image
Here my friends is another challenge and some cool Blog candy. This one is from Mile High Stamp & Scrap . The challenge was to use any Stamping Bella Image, buttons and bows or ribbon. In my case here I used Silver cord as seen in the buttons. This is my first Halloween card this season(I am kinda laggin ) but I think I like the way this one turned out. I have tons of buttons and to tell you the truth, I have never used buttons in my cards. I have every intention of using them when I buy them though. So here was my chance. The image I used is witchybella . I had to search high and low to find the right sentiment to add to the card, and this one I found in Stampin Up's ! Taggers Dozen. I thought it was totally appropriate. "Queen for a day"! The spider web background paper that is used is from " Diecuts with a view". I also used my most favorite punch from Stampin Up! Photo corners. So let me know what you think! So go on over to Mile High Stamp & Scr

This stamp I bought about 6 months ago and this is the first time I have used it. It is Beetle by Penny Black. I just love her stuff! I added buttons onto the tires as rims(Pink of course) and the Pink and green ribbon I stapeled on with Pink staples. The cardstock is all SU ! in colors Green Galore and basic black. The paper I used I just purchase last night at Remember When In pleasant Hill(I love that store!) and it is called Kitty Whiskers by S.E.I. It is double sided so the pink is the other side of the stripes. Isnt is cute? The stamp I used is also from
