Blog Candy out there!

Our weekend getaway in our Hotel on wheels!

Hello and Happy Sunday to you all! I wanted to make sure I made and appearance this evening as we just got back from a weekend of camping(in out Hotel on wheels) and it was so much fun! We went to Petaluma, calif. and stayed at a KOA. Craig is in the photo getting the lights up around the awning! I have never been to one before and it was really fun and relaxing. We also hit the local flea market and I even found some rubber stamps at a really sweet price! I got a Stampin Up! set for $1.00 and a little football stamp (for my sons football cards and pages) for .50. Not too bad! So it was a pretty productive trip! I will post my pages that I create from our trip as soon as I complete them. Hopefully that will be soon! Well, off to bed and ready for the work week!

Desirae's Wedding

Hello all, I am so sorry that I have been MIA for a while. I have been in a little rut and just haven't been able to com up with anything to share. Well here is a card that I created
for a wedding that I am going to on Saturday. It is a really good friend of mine from High School, Her daughter. Her colors are Pink, white and black, so, I headed off to Splitcoast stampers for some ideas and this is what I came up with. I kind of took a little bit of something from a few cards that I absolutely loved. I wasn't quiet sure of what to use for the sentiment and I wanted to keep it kind of simple so I just grabbed some stamps from a couple of different Stampin Up sets. Love, Cherish & always! I used my EF "Swiss dots" &" D'vine swirl" I also added some pink gems to the swirls and the flower ribbon is little velvet flowers from doodlebug designs. The flowers at the top of the cake are from prima and pink brads in the middle of the flowers are from…

Friday Sketchers Love it!!!

Hereis a card that I completed for Friday Sketchers. I totally love the Sugar Nellie stamps. I have purchased quiet a few lately and I just love em! I colored this pretty girl in with my copics. I have done some serious practicing with my copicsand am starting to feel a little more comfortable with using them. I have the most fun doing hair. I want to perfect my Jeans look with the wear and shadows.
The DP is from My minds eye Whirlybird "Sunshine Girl" Soaring stripes Paper and the flowers are Prima. I added the green ribbon with white dots for the leaves look for the flowers. The sentiment is Stampin Up! Short and Sweet. Let me know what you think!
Well it's another early day tomorrow, time for the 2nd. week of school so early nights for me! I'll be back soon!!!

Ginas Hallowen Stamp Camp!

Hello my friends!
Well the first full week of school is over and I am pooped. For those of you that do not know, I am a lunch lady at and Elem. school and I do all the baking and cooking. I love my job but at the end of the day, I am so ready to come home and kick my shoes off and do nothing. Well, last night was Gina's monthly stamp camp and I so look forward to these every month. We get to do some really fun projects, chat and just have fun! Here are 3 of the projects that we completed last night. All Halloween themed. Gina usually has everything cut and scored for us to make it easier so all we have to do is stamp and assemble. Doing these projects really put me in the Halloween mood. I am definitely going to make some Halloween/fall themed cards.
The treat holder is my favorite project that we put together last night. Gina ordered these clear plastic beekers and there are skittles in it and we placed it into the box. isn't it adorable? The other projects we put together was…
