2 Challenges in 1

Hello everyone, This is going to be kinda a quick post tonight but I wanted to share a creation that I just completed and it is for 2 challenges. The first is a sketch challenge from Card Patterns: Weekly sketch Blog . This was a pretty simple sketch(and I love simple!) The second challenge was a color challenge from The color Throwdown and the colors were Old Olive, Purely Pomegranate,Pale Plum and Barely Banana. The stamp set I used is from "The stamps of Life" By Stephaine Barnard. I hope you enjoy what I have created. Happy Monday all. Wow, where did this month go? I cant believe we are almost to May. Although the weather doesn't feel like Spring, We are supposed to get more rain tomorrow. Granted, I love the rain but I am kind of looking forward to some sun. Well, I have completed another challenge. This one is from Sketch Saturday . This one was alot of fun to do and I hope y ou all enjoy it as well. The Sweet Stop Challenge

Goo d evening all, Here I am with another challenge for you. This one is from The Sweet Stop, Sketch challenge blog . This one had a little spin on it. Include ribbon/buttons. I have a hard time with color combos so I kinda just played around with this color combo. I am not too sure if I like it but I think I was just going out of my comfort zone with some odd color combos. what do you think? A challenge I cannot remember???

Hello my friends, Hope everyone has had a good week so far. It has been rainy and cold her in Northern California. Today we even got some hail. I just don't know where our spring weather is? Do you? LOL! Well, I completed this sketch and cannot figure out where I saw it at. At the beginning of each week, I print out all the sketch challenges so I have them right in front of me to work on and this one I forgot to write the blog name that it came from so it is just going to be one that I am sharing with you all with no challenge behind it. I hop e you enjoy my creation anyways! I once again used a Greeting Farm image. I just love those images. Just adorable! Here are the supplies used. Hello all, This is going to be a quick po st as I have to get up sooooo early for work tomorrow and it's almost nighty nights time fo r me. So, with that being said, Here is a sketch challenge that I completed and I wanted to share it with you all. This challenge is from CPS Card sketche s. What a fun site for some great sketches. Anyone who knows me, knows I love sketches an d this is a great place for them! For this card, I used a stamp set from "The stamps of Life" and it is called Daisies4You. The DP is from Heidi Grace designs. Well, all for me right now but tomorrow is Friday and hopefully I plan on doing some catching up .

Sketch Saturday challenge

Hello all, Here I am wit h another challenge card for you to check out. This one is by Sketch Saturday Wow, I just cant get enough of the challenges. I thought I had lost my Mojo for a minute but when I got started on this one, Voila, I came up with this. My image is from "The Greeting Farm" Isn't she adorable? I colored her in with my Copics and added some Spicas to the flowers. I love the sparkly! The DP I used is from a DCWV stack and my who le color scheme was the Pinks and Browns as I love Pink and Brown together! The sentiment is from Stampin Up! and the pink Prima flowers are from my stash. I added some w hite pearl accents arou nd th e edges . Enjoy my creation and don't forget to leave me a note that you were here!

Mojo Monday #133

Happy Wednesday my friends. Wow, Spring break is almost over then it's back to work but, I am going to enjoy the rest of my week off. We are having some wonderful weather here in Northern Calif but that is all supposed to change next week. They are talking a weeks worth of rain coming to us. Mother nature just cant make up her mind. Anyways, Onto the Mojo Monday Challenge . I completed this one last night and the image I used is that of Miss Anya. I colored her in with my copics and with my watercolor pencils. Can you see her shopping bags? I paper pieced them with some scrap DP. Too cute! I used Pixie pink, basic black and white (from Wausau ) and the DP is from My Minds eye. Well, I am off to work on some more challenges so come back soon to see whats going on!

Tag Challenge on Sketches4all

Hello all, I haven't been on here in a while. Spring Break is here and we are getting ready for Baseball Tournaments. Brandon has tournies on Wed. Thurs. Friday and Sat. So it is a busy week but that's OK cause we love baseball which is the theme of my tag. I have a specific scrapbook of Brandon's baseball all the way back from when he was 4. (he is now 14). This tag is going to be perfect for his last years baseball pages. He was on the A's and even played All Stars and his team also made it to TOC's (Tournament of Champions) I have never made a tag and this was quiet the challenge over at Sketches4all but it was so much fun! I just wanted t o keep adding things to it but I also wanted to make sure you could see all the elements that I used. My color scheme was that of the Oakland A's which is either Grey and green or yellow,grey and green(with white in there too) It depends on if it is an away game or home.
