Mojo Monday #98


Here we have another Mojo Monday, I love Mondays only for the Mojo! I used an image that I received in a swap so I am not really sure of the name of it(so if you know, tell me so I can order more!!!) These are the supplies that I used,
The base of the card is Apricot appeal, I also used Brilliant Blue and a smooth white. The DP is Sky lights by piggy tales, it is a double sided dp so the green that my image is on is from that same piece. The blue glitter paper is from DCWV. I also printed my sentiment from the computer which brings me to what exactly it says, "Have a totally maney ("MAY NEE") Birthday Now, MANEY is a word that teenagers at Concord H.S.(where my son will be a freshman) use. The first time I heard this word, I was like "what in the heck does that mean?" so, My neighbors daughter who just graduated from Concord H.S. and was a varsity cheerleader explained to me that is was just a word that she came up with for no reason really and now everyone is saying it.
So, for example, Wow, that teacher is so Maney, or hey man, you are so maney. It's not a bad thing. It's just a thing??? I cannot even really explain it but the kids understand it and it's not a curse word so I am just going with it. So, with that being said, I thought it would be pretty cool to put it with Happy Birthday.
Have a totally maney birthday!
So, it's time for me to scoot but I will be back soon with some more projects!!

Splitcoast Color Challenge

Hello all my blogger friends, Here I have another challenge card that I made tonight. This one is for the Splitcoast stampers color challenge. The challenge colors are Certainly celery,Pixie Pink and Apricot appeal. I easily included all these colors into my card. and the DP was a scrap that I had, I don't even remember who it is by but it was perfect for the challenge. The image I chose was Girls rule from Victoria Case and isn't she just adorable? I colored her in with my Copics. I had finished the card and was looking at it and it needed something so I decided to add some bling to it and Voila! There you have it! I think I have found some mojo (which I thought I had totally lost) so, off I go to do some more creatin! Big Hugs all!!!
