Flower Pot card

Here is another Tutorial that I found on Splitcoaststampers and Wow! This one was vary cool! You can find the Flower Pot Tutorial HERE! The author of this tutorial is Stephanie Luman. You can also check out here Blog HERE!

What fun! I didn't do it exactly as the tutorial said but it turned out just fine! I didn't have the sizzix die cut flowers so I just used one of my flower punches and added some card stock to the back of each flower to make it a little more sturdy. I used Stampin Up! Bella Rose DP for the flowers and the strip on the front of the flower pot.I also used Stampin Up! Buttons in Green galore on the flowers. The sentiment is from Stampin Up! and is called Friendship Blooms. I also used a rub on on the bottom of the flower pot. This also fits perfectly into an A2 envie!

Very cute!!! I didn't follow the directions exactly either. Just about the time you've got it figured out, the instruction seem to seem "funky". You did a great job.

Splitcoast Color Challenge

Hello all my blogger friends, Here I have another challenge card that I made tonight. This one is for the Splitcoast stampers color challenge. The challenge colors are Certainly celery,Pixie Pink and Apricot appeal. I easily included all these colors into my card. and the DP was a scrap that I had, I don't even remember who it is by but it was perfect for the challenge. The image I chose was Girls rule from Victoria Case and isn't she just adorable? I colored her in with my Copics. I had finished the card and was looking at it and it needed something so I decided to add some bling to it and Voila! There you have it! I think I have found some mojo (which I thought I had totally lost) so, off I go to do some more creatin! Big Hugs all!!!
