Another Sketch challenge, Happy Birthday
Hello Friends, I know I have been a hit or miss all summer long but the truth is, I sit at my desk for hours and have every intention of creating some fabulous to share with you all but I end up blog hopping and copying and pasting and ya know, just searching high and low for that one project that will catch my eye. Well, I needed a Birthday card for my sons Nana and I really really love this lady. She has been the best grandma to my son so I wanted to make her something special. Well, I found this sketch challenge with a twist at "The Sweet Stop" and knew that I wanted to use that sketch to create something fab. So, the twist was to use die cuts or punches of which, I did. The cup cake is a punch from Stampin Up! and the die cuts are scallop oval nestabilities. I also ised a circle punch to make the half circles, or scallops at the bottom of the striped piece.
