Beates weekend sketch challange #31


Well I am attempting a sketch challange. This is my first one ever!
I saw it on Beates blog "Fresh & Fun"
I did the crayon resist technique.. I think it turned out kinda cute But we are always critical of our own work!
These are the supplies that I used.
Regal rose,basic black, almost amethyst & US white CS.
the stamp set I used was SU! Petal prints, I stamped the flowers
in basic black then outlined the flowers with a white crayon. I then sponged on regal rose,Mellow moss and rose red inks then rubbed pretty hard with a tissue and viola, you have the crayon resist! I then tied some mellow moss grosgrain ribbon around the stems of the flowers.

What a sweet card! The crayon resists works perfect with this stamp! I really like the gems too, they really set it off!
